Motto Motto (pronounced moh-toh moh-toh) in Japanese means ‘more, more’ or ‘way more’. Plenty of Juicy IPAs that embody this as a philosophy towards the amount of ingredients used; more hops, more haze, more alcohol, more and more and more and more…..While we certainly did not approach this beer with a timid frame of mind, we did want to focus on the ‘more, more’ with the desire to have another!
