Our base Till Saison aged in single use white wine barrels for 2 to 3 years over guava, mango, grapefruit, zest, passionfruit, and peaches to mimic the flavors of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. The barrels enhance its tangy, tropical overtones, adding aromatic layers of wood and fresh cut grass to the finish. Part of our ongoing series using our core beers to recreate the flavor profiles of our favorite wines.
