Who is Dr. Pat? A dentist, third-generation farmer, and co-founder of High Hops Brewery. Dr. Pat cultivated our on-site hop farm in 2007 which led to the opening of High Hops Brewery in 2012. It’s his recipe that creates this well-balanced, malty, and heavily-hopped beer. We brew it with continuous hop additions using citrus-forward hops grown in that same field over 10 years later. Crafted from the best ingredients and the utmost care Dr. Pat's DIPA is a coast-to-coast and International Medal winner.
