The long awaited return of our hoppiest accident. A Belgian take on our West Coast IPA, Electric Cowboy. We doubled the Citra dry-hop, and (accidentally?) fermented with a Belgian yeast strain. Fruity with notes of Apricot, hints of banana, and wisps of spice. There are no mistakes, just hoppy accidents.
