Depew Street

This is the fourth beer of our Edgewater Street Series, where we’ll brew a beer and name it after one of our fine streets. For this beer, we took inspiration from the fact that Edgewater’s first church was built on Depew, and brewed a style of beer that Belgian monks would typically brew for themselves. And since the surname Depew was first used in France, we added French Roussanne grape must for gentle fruit additions
